All drivers must hold a full, valid UK driving licence, car insurance, road tax and current MOT. It is the responsibility of all participants to ensure that these documents are in order and are available for inspection if requested. All participants will be asked to sign a contract  at the drivers meeting and failure to do so will result in disqualification from the event and no refunds will be given.

Risks
 
All clients should be aware  that there are risks involved in participating in a rally event. The Driven2drive event is not a RACE. Anyone endorsing dangerous and/or reckless driving will be removed from the rally with immiediate effect and no refund will be given. All drivers must drive within UK Law and obey the rules of the Highway Code at all times.

Behavioural policy

Anyone found to be under the influence of alcohol or drug substances whilst driving will be immediately disqualified and no refunds will be given.

Anyone involved in anti social behaviour, using threatening or abusive language will be asked to leave the rally.

Driven2drive staff reserve the right to disqualify any entrant at any time and refunds will not be given.

Procedures

All clients are booked under the lead drivers name who signs the terms and conditions on behalf of all passengers. It is the lead persons responsibility to ensure that all members of his group have read and understood the T and Cs.


The entrance fee is based on two persons sharing a car and includes hotel accommodation, either twin or double, breakfast on the second morning and dinner on the first night.  A welcome drink will be provided on arrival and there will be a party night with disco during the evening.  The entrance fee does not include any personal expenses such as petrol, additional food, drinks other than stated, fines or any breakdown costs. If there are additional persons in the car you must discuss this with the organisers who will investigate extra accommodation and advise you of the extra cost.
Please note Driven2drive do not accept responsibility for any damage to rooms or unpaid bills (room service/mini fridges)
 
Decals/stickers

By purchasing a ticket you agree to display Driven2drive and sponsor stickers on your car for the duration of the rally. Stickers are non-permanent and will not cause any damage. They are easy to apply and remove and Driven2drive will not be responsible for any damage or claims arising from this action.

Further information

All participants consent to be photographed and filmed and consent to the use of their name, Image and voice upon ticket purchase. All media is used for public and related promotional material.

Driven2drive can not accept any responsibility and liability or refund any tickets in full. If the event is changed or cancelled due to any circumstances outside the control of driven 2 drive.

A partial refund may be given due to covid guidelines if the rally is cancelled. In the event of the rally being cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control we want to ensure we are offering our customers the best possible service and a fair refund policy. 

By agreeing to our terms and conditions you agree to be contacted from time to time with newsletters and other promotional offers. You also agree that your information maybe passed on to a third party.

Your ticket is issued subject to the terms and conditions of the Promoter and/or particular event.  Promoters and event managers have the right to refuse admission to the rally at any time

Driven2Drive aims to dispatch tickets as soon as possible, but cannot guarantee delivery dates.  It is your responsibility to ensure that we have your correct address.

If the event is rescheduled, you will be entitled to attend the new date or you will be offered a refund for the full face value and any unused delivery. You should retain your tickets to the cancelled event and comply with any other reasonable instructions of Driven2Drive. Driven 2 Drive will not be liable for any other costs in relation to attending the event for items such as travel, fuel, fines/damages and other related costs. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

You must present your Tickets at the venue on the day of event.  Entry will not be granted without a genuine Driven2drive ticket.  A ticket only guarantees you entry if you comply with the regulations at the event including as to time of admission, standards of behaviour and health and safety.  

Driven2drive accept no responsibility for your personal property or personal injury whilst undertaking this event

These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and any disputes arising between you and Driven2drive are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

When purchasing a ticket under a monthly installment format youll be required to pay a non refundable deposit. This goes towards the original ticket price. If any payments are missed you may be removed from the event. All ticket holders are liable for any miss payments and its to your understanding when you place a deposit youll be required to pay in monthly installments. Its the ticket holders responceability to make sure they are free to take part in the event. If you make a cancellation this will result in losing your deposit.
